The enchanted Dublin city wedding of Denise and Thomas.

From East Wall, not too far from the banks of the river Liffey to Tallaght.

From the bustling city streets to the most elegant Westin Hotel on Collage Green.

This couple completely embraced their wedding day while in the midst of a pandemic.

Denise with the gals getting ready, relaxed laid back and having fun.

Makeup and hair, the scent of flowers fill the air, who doesn’t love a wedding day?

Shoes and bags, perfumes and jewellery, bridesmaids’ dresses on hangers.

The wedding dress ooh the wedding dress, soon stunning and yet to be worn.

Then there’s the lads, no panic here.

Suits hang in a row with shoes lined below, cufflinks and ties, buttonholes and sighs.

This couple had one rule and it was simply to have fun and party. Those lucky family and friends that were gifted the opportunity to share their most special of days.

A story of “love conquers all” even as the country had virtually come to a standstill. This couple laughed and smiled throughout the day and night.

Wedding Ceremony

Tying the knot in a church in Tallaght as the autumn leaves tumbled and floated to the ground. Falling from a line of beach trees that arched over the path.

In the church Thomas waited, head bowed down and hands crossed. Catching and holding his breath as the guests gasped when Denise entered the church.

She looked stunning almost floating up the aisle, her hand held tight by her very proud dad.

Eventually standing beside her best friend and partner.

Thomas slowly turns to sees his life’s love. The one he worships, both ready to make that most ancient of promises to each other.

The rest is as they say is “history”.

Dublin Streets

Inspiring all who looked on, they walked the streets of their fair city and owned it.

People clapped and cheered as they strolled passed the world-famous Trinity College, Molly Malone Statue, Grafton Street and the Ha’penny Bridge.

Standing under the umbrellas of St Ann’s Street and bringing a glow of love to our crowded streets. It was like watching two celebrities walk among their adoring fans.

Laughing and chatting with passers-by, posing under the mural of “Joyce’s Ulysses” what a day.

This couple walked and walked; this was their town on their big day.

Even those on the Ha’penny Bridge stud aside in respect as people whistled from the arch at the entrance of Temple Bar.

Like rock stars outside the iconic Hard Rock Café. They made their way back to their guests who awaited their company at the magnificent, impressive and historic The Westin Hotel.

Their reception was held in a private bar just a few meters from the spectacular Banking Hall where they sat for dinner.

Denise and Thomas did all that should be done at a wedding. They laughed, they cried, they loved, they hugged, they prayed, they had fun.

Most of all they enjoyed their day and forgot about life’s stresses and hardship.

County Arms Hotel Wedding

County Arms Hotel Wedding

Fairytale Covid-19 Wedding.

The County Arms Hotel is very popular for weddings from Tipperary, Offaly, Laois, Westmeath and Galway. As a family run Hotel for 50 years, Georgian private dining rooms are ideal for intimate weddings.

This is what exactly Natasha & Paul choose for their Covid-19 wedding. Their wedding wasn’t planed this way. They postponed their original wedding day from last September 2020 to February 2021. No one expecting we will be still in this limbo in February 2021.

Natasha and Paul  had a small family ceremony, fallowed by a small intimate dinner in the gorgeous Georgian Maple Room.

Natasha arrived at the County Arms Hotel, greeted by a flurry of snow. While winter gritted its teeth outside, the wood fires burned with a welcome glow in the hearth of the Georgian fire place.

Candles glimmered and flickered and their smoke hung like ghosts awaiting the arrival of the Bride and Groom.

As Natasha entered the room Paul stood looking forward with a smile of anticipation on his face.

Engagement Photo Shoot at Phoenix Park, Dublin

We love our Engagement photo shoots. Or we call them on our packages pre-wedding photo shoot. We normally go some where special for our couples. This could be a sea side, lake or forest parks.

We always advise our couples to wear something comfortable. We love colour, block colours; reds, oranges, yellows, greens, blues comes up gorgeous on the photos.

We suggest taking the time to go out to find the perfect outfit that you will look and feel great in. Nothing builds confidence like that. When it comes to shopping for the right piece, casual chic is the answer. Heels for instance are an essential for the woman while the man should wear a sport coat to complete the look. For a more casual, outdoorsy look, layers are key. Regardless, be sure to compliment each other.
